Any Loan amount backed by asset at LTV of 60-65% and less (means 40-45% is paid), what is paid is a consumer’s asset rest will be taken by investors for fixed period on fixed rate, i.e., interest amount + 100 bps., say 6% for the periods in months 6, 12, 18, 24, & 36. The investment amount will be used to settle the loan and prorated ownership will be allocated for the period and previous single owner will pay the rental/interest for the period agreed. Both clients will have their purpose matched, one will generate income and other will have locked period of not paying the principal. On maturity first owner will have to pay back the investor. In case of breach the property will be sold and investor money will be paid- -off or any mutual agreement. 


This could be called as Asset Backed Security, at real settlements.
